This is the first of hopefully many blogs for me. Let me introduce myself, My name is Scott Cormier, I own and operate the Southern Angler Flyshop in Stuart Florida with my wife Amy. I'm also a full time fly and light tackle fishing guide that has been fishing the Indian River in the Stuart area for over 20 years. I have two passions in life, the first is fishing which I have been doing since I was old enough to walk, the second(and newest passion) is training my three Labrador retrievers for hunt tests, field trials and duck hunting. My main reason for creating this blog will be to create a better fishing report for my clients. So I hope all that find this blog will check back often to see what's happening in the Indian River around Stuart, and you may hear a little about my dogs and hunting from time to time.
